According to the Meta Business help documentation, only Business Manager administrators or financial editors can change the payment methods associated with Business Manager.
To add a payment method to Business Manager,
First, go to the Meta Business Management Platform, click Business Settings, find Payment Methods, and then click Add Payment Method.
Select an available payment method, enter the payment information, and click Save.
Once you’ve added a payment method to your Meta Business Manager, you can then associate this payment method with your ad accounts and use it as your preferred payment method for your Meta advertising costs.
