Refund & Returns
1. The product is lost and the delivery status on 17track is not “delivered”;
2. If the customer reports that the product is damaged or unusable within 48H of receiving the package, provide picture or video which can proof quality problem, we can reship a new package for free or provide refunds.
3. The tracking number of the product is invalid to check the delivery status;
We don’t reship or refund when:

1.The parcel will be saved by the local courier station normally within 1-7 days, we cannot be guaranteed how long it can be saved because the policy is different in each place and up to local)
2.Parcel will be return to local warehouse of logistics normally(few shipping line do not have local warehouse), it can be re-delivered. The cost is generally 5-12 euros, which needs to be borne by the customer. We are not responsible for this.
