Fees & Payment
We quote you on the total order cost depending on orders volume, including the product cost and shipping cost for each country. There are no additional hidden fees on top of these costs. Quality control and warehousing service are all free of charge.
You can pay via T/T(bank transfer), PayPal, Payoneer and Transferwise (transaction fees to be covered by you).
Please note that PayPal will charge commission fee additionally for each payment. It is $0.3+4.7% per payment.

Refund & Returns
We accept refund or return under any of the conditions below:
1. The product is lost and the delivery status on 17track is not “delivered”;
2. If the customer reports that the product is damaged or unusable within two days of receiving the package, we can reissue a new package for free or provide refunds.
3. The tracking number of the product is invalid to check the delivery status;
We don’t resend or refund when:
1. The parcel is not delivered due to the wrong address or phone number given in the orders;
2. The parcel is not delivered due to the local post office fails to contact the recipient.
You can talk with your customer manager to arrange it, either by deducting the amount from your next order, or by making a transfer to you via the payments methods you use.
While it is possible, they would have to return to our China based warehouse which is typically extremely expensive and may take a very long time. We suggest that you have customers return to your own address or tell them to keep the product.
